Important: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and cili77 ("the Company," "we," "us," "our") governing your use of cili77.win and all associated services. The cili77 Platform is for personal, recreational use only. You may not register or operate an Account on behalf of any third party, corporate entity, or syndicate. Accounts used in a professional or commercial capacity may be suspended without notice.
21+ Only: cili77 enforces strict age verification. Any Player who provides false information regarding their age may have their Account permanently closed and all funds withheld pending investigation.
Each individual Player is entitled to register and maintain one (1) cili77 Account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, cili77 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
When registering with cili77, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for keeping your Account information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cili77 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. cili77 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify cili77 immediately at [email protected].
cili77 may require Players to complete KYC verification at any stage, including but not limited to before processing withdrawal requests, upon depositing amounts above certain thresholds, or where cili77 has reasonable grounds to verify a Player's identity. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in Account suspension and/or delay of pending withdrawals.
cili77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods where available: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank online banking. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). cili77 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time.
Minimum deposit amounts and minimum withdrawal thresholds are as displayed on the cili77 Platform at the time of transaction. These figures may vary by payment method and are subject to change without prior notice.
Withdrawals from cili77 will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically and operationally possible. cili77 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within a commercially reasonable timeframe, ordinarily within 1–5 business hours. Processing times may vary and are not guaranteed. Withdrawals may be delayed pending KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
Player funds held in cili77 Wallets are maintained separately from operational funds. cili77 does not use Player balances for operational purposes. Your Wallet balance is available for withdrawal subject to these Terms at any time.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by cili77 are subject to individual promotion terms and to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, bonus funds must be wagered at a minimum of 30 times (30x) the bonus amount before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. Bets placed using Bonus Balance do not count towards wagering requirements unless expressly stated. cili77 reserves the right to modify wagering requirements on active bonuses with reasonable notice.
Promotions are available to eligible Players only. cili77 reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its reasonable discretion. Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise. Systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including but not limited to bonus abuse, matched betting, or use of multiple accounts, is prohibited and may result in Account suspension.
Bonus funds not wagered within the period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Bonus Balance automatically. cili77 is not obligated to notify Players of impending bonus expiry.
All bets placed on the cili77 Platform are subject to cili77's acceptance. cili77 reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse or limit any bet from any Player at any time without providing a reason. A bet is only confirmed once cili77's system issues a confirmation receipt.
If a bet is accepted as a result of an obvious error in the display of odds, lines, or game information (including but not limited to typographical, system, or pricing errors), cili77 reserves the right to void such bets and return the relevant stake to the Player's Wallet. This applies regardless of whether the bet has been settled.
Live in-play betting markets on the cili77 sportsbook are subject to delay, suspension, or withdrawal at any time due to match events, data feed interruptions, or operational requirements. cili77 shall not be held liable for any failure to accept a live bet where technical or operational issues prevent acceptance.
cili77 encourages all Players to set deposit and loss limits as part of responsible gaming practice. These limits are available within your cili77 Account settings and take effect immediately or within 24 hours depending on the type of limit applied.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cili77 Platform. A breach of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the cili77 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of cili77 or its licensed third-party content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, or create derivative works from any cili77 Platform content without express prior written authorisation from cili77. Unauthorised use of cili77 intellectual property may constitute infringement and will be pursued accordingly.
cili77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in that policy. cili77 uses your data to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you regarding your Account and promotions.
cili77 implements 256-bit SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures to protect Player data. cili77 does not sell personal data to unauthorised third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cili77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the cili77 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.
cili77's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim. This limitation of liability applies regardless of the form of action and whether cili77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
cili77 makes no warranty that the Platform will operate without interruption or be error-free. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform services. cili77 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.
cili77 may suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if cili77 reasonably believes you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if cili77 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation. In such cases, cili77 will return any verified cash balance to you after deducting any sums owed to cili77, unless the closure results from fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
You may close your cili77 Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before Account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Bonus Balance that has not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Self-exclusion requests are honoured promptly. cili77 will not reverse a self-exclusion within the period requested except in accordance with its responsible gaming policy.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you should cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 11.2.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority standards and the laws of the jurisdiction in which cili77 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules.
Nothing in this section limits your rights as a consumer under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
